- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur). A business-focused Abitur is recommended but not required
- Strong commitment and willingness to take initiative

- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in business administration and economic contexts
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
