Responsibilities
Strategic market development aimed at positioning ROSE Bikes as a solutions provider for urban mobility in the target group's relevant set
Evaluation of product potentials for the ROSE brand based on competitor and benchmarking analyses
Execution and support of the (further) development of new ROSE products in the Mobility Solutions segment, with the goal of a consistent brand architecture
People management of the Brand Management team Urban Mobility
Creation of a rolling annual and monthly plan based on company objectives, volume targets, price points and target margins
Regular analyses and reporting to measure success and derive targeted actions across the product lifecycle
Definition of target markets and target groups in collaboration with Brand Marketing
Definition and application of a consistent brand language and brand visual identity in cooperation with Brand, Content and Communications
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree
Several years of experience in the bike/cycling industry
Enthusiasm for new mobility
Initial leadership experience is desirable
Analytical thinking, conceptual and strategic skills
Resilience, team spirit and a drive to innovate
