About the role

  • Senior Quality Manager overseeing quality assurance for building envelope systems on high-profile projects. Leading quality management efforts across multiple locations in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures specific to building envelope systems
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and monitor quality performance
  • Lead and support project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality requirements
  • Maintain and report quality documentation and metrics to senior management and clients
  • Provide training and guidance on quality assurance procedures and best practices
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management within construction, preferably in building envelope systems
  • Strong knowledge of high tech, mission critical, and pharmaceutical infrastructure requirements
  • Experienced in audits, inspections, and quality documentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and travel to project sites in Ireland, the UK, and Europe
