Responsibilities
Act as the primary operational link between Product and Technology, ensuring total alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
Maintain high-level oversight of the product delivery pipeline across multiple teams, ensuring initiatives progress as planned and blockers are actively managed.
Track epics, stories, and dependencies across backend, frontend, and integration teams to highlight delivery risks, misalignments, or slippage early.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure tickets are correctly created, scoped, prioritized, and maintained to uphold quality and consistency.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies across backend, frontend, QA, and integration platform teams to avoid last-minute surprises.
Support structured planning and estimation processes by ensuring all assumptions, constraints, and sequencing logic are documented and understood.
Act as a point of escalation for delivery issues, driving resolution across Product, Tech, and QA without defaulting to rigid hierarchy.
Partner with Sportsbook QA and release stakeholders to support realistic release planning, readiness checks, and controlled rollouts.
Ensure that operational, trading, compliance, and commercial considerations are fed into product delivery in a structured and disciplined manner.
Provide regular, clear delivery updates to senior stakeholders, focusing on status, critical risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
Identify recurring delivery issues or process gaps and propose practical improvements that increase predictability and reduce friction.
Help protect teams from unplanned BAU pullback by making trade-offs and impact visible to decision-makers.
Support organizational scale by ensuring delivery processes remain effective as the number of initiatives and teams increases.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar delivery-focused role within a complex B2B technology environment.
Deep understanding of product development within a Sportsbook or similarly high-concurrency platform.
Proven track record of aligning engineering, Product Owners, and QA teams across multiple concurrent initiatives toward a single delivery goal.
Comfortable navigating high levels of uncertainty and a talent for turning abstract ideas into clear, actionable next steps.
Strong grasp of agile delivery and can navigate, evaluate, and implement frameworks that drive maximal efficiency without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Strong analytical skills and the technical competency to use delivery data to make informed decisions on sequencing and trade-offs.
Confident influencer who can simplify complex technical delivery topics and dependencies for non-technical senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to identify broader delivery risks and market pressures.
Highly organized with a natural bias toward action, preferring to drive momentum and execution over endless discussion.
Proficient in the modern product stack, with advanced hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence, using tools like Notion or Miro to create a "single source of truth" and cross-team visibility.
