Responsibilities
Support subscribers of the Portal's product portfolio
Create and execute both automated and personalized outreach sequences
Qualify leads originating from our acquisition channels and strategies
Understand client company needs and determine whether our solutions can address them
Keep the CRM up to date
Perform follow-up with leads
Monitor metrics and KPIs with the aim of continuously optimizing processes to deliver the best results
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and eager to learn about consultative (B2B) sales
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (SP)
