About the role

Responsibilities

  • During your apprenticeship you will get to know the different tasks and areas of activity within a media agency.
  • You will be introduced step by step to the various work areas of data-driven Realtime Media (Programmatic Advertising).
  • Together with our partner agencies we work for clients across a wide range of industries — variety is guaranteed!
  • You will not only support your team in day-to-day tasks, but also gain insight into all facets of digital and traditional advertising through job shadowing in different Mediaplus departments.
  • You will learn about individual touchpoints such as Audio, Addressable TV, Digital Out of Home, Display/Video and Cinema.
  • From media strategy to the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns — you will experience it all!
  • You will have the chance to follow new trends early and help shape innovations.
  • During your training you will rotate through all units within Mediaplus Realtime — from New Business to Consulting, Campaign Management, Accounting and Product Development.
  • As an interface you can bring in your experiences from other areas and contribute to a smooth workflow.
  • With a look behind the scenes you will be able to implement and optimize programmatic campaigns yourself.

Requirements

  • Upper secondary school qualification (e.g., Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) or equivalent
  • Strong interest in (online) marketing and an affinity for current trends
  • Analytical skills and enjoyment in working with numbers on a daily basis
  • Good to very good command of English
  • High level of commitment and willingness to learn
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment of service-oriented work
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and exciting agency environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
