About the role

  • Head of Performance Marketing leading the strategy with a focus on data-driven demand generation and efficient lead acquisition. Overseeing digital channels and integrating AI for optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance marketing strategy with a focus on predictable demand generation
  • Define and execute the performance marketing strategy (paid media, inbound, digital outbound, SEO, CRO, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent and growing generation of qualified leads for all business areas
  • Manage and optimize digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.) with a focus on ROI
  • Structure and evolve the acquisition funnel (top, middle, and bottom of funnel) with a conversion-focused approach
  • Implement and scale the use of AI in campaigns, targeting, personalization, and automation
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI, LTV, conversion, pipeline generated)
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and conversion into revenue
  • Continuously test new channels, strategies, and growth approaches

Requirements

  • Solid experience in performance marketing and demand generation
  • Strong command of paid media and digital channels
  • Experience managing the funnel and acquisition metrics
  • Experience with automation tools and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to marketing
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience leading teams
