About the role
- Risk Management Consultant actively contributing to the development of enterprise risk management within Rödl. Engaging in compliance reporting and training under Governance, Risk, Compliance & Sustainability team.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in the project team to further develop the company-wide risk management system and define uniform standards
- Independent execution of risk inventories and development of mitigation measures for specific business areas
- Administration and use of the digital risk management tool
- Preparation and continuous enhancement of risk analyses across various compliance areas
- Responsibility for preparing and maintaining regular risk and compliance reports
- Further development of KYC processes in collaboration with the Anti-Money Laundering Officer, as well as administration and deployment of an AML tool
- Preparation and delivery of anti-money laundering training
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Economics/Business Administration, an IT-related field, or a comparable discipline
- Relevant professional experience in establishing or further developing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system
- Independent and structured working style
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken English
