About the role

  • VP overseeing personal lines insurance at Beneva, leading product development and team management strategies. Responsible for fostering innovation and achieving growth within the sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for guiding and supervising personal lines insurance product suitability activities
  • Recommend strategies and lead the development of innovative products
  • Participate in the overall management of the property and casualty (P&C) insurance division
  • Mobilize your managers to achieve shared objectives
  • Evaluate performance and select talent for your team
  • Analyze sales, retention, profitability, and customer experience data and trends to identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
  • Fellowship designation (e.g., FCIA, FSA) considered a strong asset
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in property and casualty insurance
  • Ten (10) years of management experience
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
