Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new partners interested in selling our products and services (consortia, insurance, refinancing, among others).
Plan and execute commercial strategies to drive results in the region.
Develop a consistent pipeline of new business with partners' customers.
Strengthen relationships with customers and partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Achieve sales and revenue targets, always aligned with Rodobens' strategic guidelines.
Monitor performance indicators and report results to leadership.
Represent Rodobens at events, meetings, and negotiations, acting as a true brand ambassador.
Promote the company's institutional image, reinforcing our pillars and values with excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).
Skills: Communication, proactivity, teamwork, commercial management, and confidence in public speaking; prospecting new partners.
Required knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong command of Excel; negotiation techniques.
Preferred experience: Commercial experience in field/outside sales.
