About the role

  • Assistant Site Manager ensuring quality delivery on construction projects with a focus on teamwork and problem solving. Working with subcontractors and collaboration across departments for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive and supportive to your manager and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality workmanship and collaborative problem-solving
  • Work closely with other departments during development and construction phases
  • Guide and direct subcontractors to reach targets and deliver an outstanding final product
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met from site setup to final handover

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in a similar assistant level role
  • Tools and trades knowledge in any specialised area
  • Experience in building traditional homes with a consistent track record of completing projects
