About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and lead all compensation processes and programs
  • Assist in preparing analysis and materials for executive management review meetings
  • Design and develop executive compensation philosophy strategy
  • Benchmark activities to elevate understanding of compensation competitiveness
  • Make recommendations for internal and external offers to attract and retain top talents
  • Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compensation philosophy and job evaluations
  • Develop a comprehensive communications strategy to share compensation information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, executive, incentive plan strategy, design, and administration
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a technology company
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish strong rapport with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated good judgment and strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of leading practices and external trends in compensation and HR systems
  • Knowledge of current practices in equity plan administration
