About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, influence and inspire two store teams to deliver service with heart
- Drive sales, standards and colleague development across both sites
- Manage cost control, stock accuracy, efficiency and KRAs
- Ensure full compliance, including PFS and forecourt safety
- Balance your time effectively between locations (travel approx. up to 20 minutes)
- Deliver people management with empathy, fairness and professionalism

- Strong retail leadership experience with commercial acumen
- Proven success managing multiple sites or large, diverse teams
