Frequently visit Commercial Representatives in your portfolio;
Motivate the affiliated network to deliver results;
Maintain quality of deliveries and customer satisfaction;
Seek out and manage large operations;
Reinforce the brand image in institutional contacts;
Be available for frequent travel.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed
Skills: Prospecting and recruiting Commercial Representatives and clients; Managing and retaining a client portfolio; Negotiation and closing sales; Planning and executing commercial strategies; Tracking targets and performance indicators; Interpersonal relationship building and effective communication; Ability to train and develop Commercial Representatives/teams; Organization and time management; Autonomy and proactivity; Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel); Availability for travel and trips; Experience in the consortia market (advantage) or external/field sales; Leadership; Results management; Proactivity; Teamwork and efficient commercial management.
Additional knowledge: PCA-10; Proficiency in CRM and digital prospecting and networking tools consolidated in the Consortia and/or Financial segment.
