Responsibilities
Provide onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair support for complex automation systems.
Serve as the key technical liaison to our customers, ensuring high operational quality and exceptional service delivery.
Install, configure, and commission complex automation equipment and systems at customer sites.
Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide customer training on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
Document service activities, technical findings, and recommended actions using defined company procedures.
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams to support project success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field), or equivalent professional experience aligned to the job profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related engineering environment.
Developing professional expertise with the ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Ability to travel 60% of the time.
A valid driver's license.
