About the role
- IT Disaster Recovery Analyst supporting enterprise-wide disaster recovery initiatives for Rockwell Automation. Executing DR exercises and aligning with business continuity standards in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- The IT Disaster Recovery Analyst supports Rockwell Automation's enterprise-wide disaster recovery (DR) initiatives.
- Responsible for executing DR exercises, assessing SaaS applications for DR compliance, maintaining DR data in Fusion Risk Management (FRM).
- Ensuring alignment with business continuity and IT service management standards.
- Report to the IT Disaster Recovery Lead, and work in a hybrid capacity.
Requirements
- Major in or a bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Moderate to advance proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 products including knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot usage.
- Basic understanding of IT audit process, differentiation between policies, standards, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams as well as independently on assigned tasks.
- Some experience with workflow testing and implementation planning preferred.
