Requirements

- University degree (e.g., law, public administration, business administration, human resources management or equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law and, ideally, civil service law.
- Experience leading complex HR projects and digitalization initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, decisiveness and excellent communication abilities.
