Responsibilities
Lead an operational HR team of approximately 45 employees.
Manage and develop operational HR activities with a focus on efficiency, service quality, standardization and legal compliance.
Lead central HR projects (digitalization, process optimization, implementation/advancement of HR systems).
Act as the primary contact and competent advisor for managers on personnel and employment law issues.
Ensure implementation of statutory, collective bargaining and organizational changes and work closely with internal and external partners.
Requirements
Several years of professional and leadership experience in operational HR management, ideally in the public sector or hospital environment.
University degree (e.g., law, public administration, business administration, human resources management or equivalent).
Excellent knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law and, ideally, civil service law.
Experience leading complex HR projects and digitalization initiatives.
Strong leadership skills, decisiveness and excellent communication abilities.
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with a strong service and quality orientation.
