About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies for healthcare roles. Sourcing and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience at Rochester Regional Health.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and create requisitions aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and execute customized recruiting and interview plans for each open position
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to proactively meet current and future hiring needs
  • Review applications to determine qualifications and alignment with position requirements
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural alignment
  • Extend employment offers and support the onboarding process

Requirements

  • One (1) year of relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
