About the role

  • Finance Enterprise Partner serving as financial thought partner and strategic planner for Africa's Global Access Program. Leading financial initiatives and collaborating across regions for patient care solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as proactive financial thought partner to GAP program leads
  • Co-create the GAP pricing strategy
  • Drive the finance agenda & coordinate financial aspects
  • Coach local teams on GAP implementation
  • Develop efficient processes for planning and reporting
  • Lead planning & budgeting events for GAP
  • Perform business partnering for NPC
  • Provide financial insights and reporting
  • Contribute to Africa LT meetings
  • Design performance measurement concepts
  • Participate in projects for the Africa Network

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in local, regional or global commercial finance roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of local healthcare system
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a networked environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to and within Africa
