Requirements

- extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and senior business partnering
- demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent
- strong business acumen with deep understanding of market dynamics, demand patterns, and Revenue Growth Management methodologies
- excellent analytical capabilities and ability to clearly articulate financial insights, strategies, and forecasts
- professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
- advanced financial and technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SAP, or BPC
