About the role
- Financial Controlling Manager leading budgeting and financial planning processes for a finance department. Overseeing compliance, reporting, and internal controls with a team mentorship role.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, analyzing variances and providing strategic recommendations
- Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual closings, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with Group accounting standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor KPIs, provide performance analysis, and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and manage regulatory reporting requirements
- Supervise and mentor the controlling team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/CPA preferred)
- Proven experience in financial control, business controlling, FP&A, Budget & Planning, management accounting, or a similar role
- Expertise in SAP and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
