About the role

  • Commercial Finance Executive at BAT providing insights on marketing financial decisions and budget management for firm growth. Responsible for contributing to overall performance through financial analysis and partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full marketing budget cycle;
  • Develop high-quality business cases to support decisions;
  • Act as a trusted Commercial Finance Business Partner;
  • Lead projects related to pricing strategy and marketing spend optimization;
  • Ensure high data quality and financial accuracy;
  • Support continuous improvement across commercial finance processes;
  • Comply with environmental protection regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

  • A finance professional with experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or marketing finance
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills
  • Proactive business partner who builds trust and influences decisions
  • Experience in budget ownership, financial planning, and performance management
  • Solid understanding of pricing, promotional mechanics, and/or marketing ROI is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools is beneficial
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus but not mandatory
