  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer at Octopus by RTG focusing on technical implementation and system enhancements across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom plugins using C# (.NET)
  • Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
  • Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript
  • Develop custom workflow activities
  • Build and maintain PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls
  • Develop Power Automate flows to automate business processes
  • Build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
  • Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, and security
  • Implement business rules, calculated fields, and automation logic
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs and Web Services
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party platforms
  • Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integrations and system performance
  • Manage solution deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments
  • Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage version control and release management
  • Support environment setup and maintenance
  • Analyze and resolve system performance issues
  • Optimize plugins, queries, and workflows
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices
  • Monitor logs and troubleshoot system errors
  • Conduct unit testing and support SIT and UAT
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support
  • Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Document technical solutions and configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3–4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
  • Proven hands-on experience in CRM technical development and customization
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • C# and .NET
  • JavaScript
  • Dynamics 365 SDK
  • Dataverse
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
  • Experience developing PCF controls is preferred
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) is preferred
  • Experience working in Microsoft Partner environments is preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
