- Develop custom plugins using C# (.NET)

- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
- Manage version control and release management
- Support environment setup and maintenance
- Analyze and resolve system performance issues
- Optimize plugins, queries, and workflows
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices
- Monitor logs and troubleshoot system errors
- Conduct unit testing and support SIT and UAT
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Document technical solutions and configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Proven hands-on experience in CRM technical development and customization
- Strong proficiency in:
- C# and .NET
- JavaScript
- Dynamics 365 SDK
- Dataverse
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Experience developing PCF controls is preferred
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) is preferred
- Experience working in Microsoft Partner environments is preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate is preferred
