About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Robertson. Focused on sourcing, screening, and securing top talent in Banking and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

  • Complete full intakes to understand roles, company, culture, value proposition, etc.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies while mapping the market
  • Screening and assessment of candidates
  • Interview coordination and stakeholder management
  • Offer management and negotiations
  • Onboarding Metrics, reporting, and market intelligence

Requirements

  • 10+ years in recruitment, ideally in Banking / Financial Services
  • Proven experience developing and executing a sourcing strategy for senior level roles
  • Strong skills in sales, sourcing, assessment & evaluation, negotiating & closing in a full cycle recruitment environment
  • Polished and professional, with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience in recruiting recruitment professionals in an agency environment would be an asset
