10+ years in recruitment, ideally in Banking / Financial Services
Proven experience developing and executing a sourcing strategy for senior level roles
Strong skills in sales, sourcing, assessment & evaluation, negotiating & closing in a full cycle recruitment environment
Polished and professional, with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience in recruiting recruitment professionals in an agency environment would be an asset
