Treasury Management Sales Officer responsible for business development and client relationship management. Driving growth through treasury solutions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities
Prospects and sources new commercial clients for treasury management services; develops and executes sales strategies to achieve deposit and fee income goals; prepares and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing pro formas.
Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and consultative engagement; partners with Relationship Managers and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Serves as an internal expert on treasury management products and services; provides strategic advisory services to clients on cash management, fraud prevention, and payment solutions.
Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; represents the Bank at community events and industry conferences to build brand presence.
Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in accounting, business, or finance or equivalent experience.
Five plus years of treasury management/commercial loan experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of banking payment system regulations, transaction processing, and corporate treasury functions.
Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed established sales goals within expected timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in personal computers and related software.
This position requires regular travel and client-facing activities, with the expectation of significant time spent in the field developing new business relationships.
