About the role

  • Director of Content leading content strategy for Rimini Street’s enterprise software solutions. Overseeing a team to deliver compelling, audience-centric marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a content visionary, guiding the team in the creation of audience-centric, high-quality and scalable content marketing assets across PR, content marketing, creative, brand, digital, B2B and thought leadership initiatives to support marketing strategy and programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and content requirements, translating complex technologies, products and market challenges into clear, engaging and educational stories
  • Collaborate with Brand Experience, Campaigns, Client Engagement, Communications, Demand, Executive and HR teams to develop and optimize full‑funnel content aligned with brand guidelines and demand generation goals
  • Lead the concepting, writing and editing of compelling copy across digital channels including web, social, email, blogs and paid media, driving engagement and action
  • Translate internal strategy and business priorities into clear, external-facing content across multiple channels
  • Own and maintain a comprehensive, strategic content marketing and editorial calendar
  • Develop innovative storytelling approaches that articulate Rimini Street’s vision with clarity, strength and impact
  • Champion and promote content strategies that reinforce Rimini Street’s brand platform, architecture, messaging and positioning frameworks and voice and tone
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging and visual expressions across corporate and product communications

Requirements

  • 10+ years of content marketing/marketing communications in B2B or B2C
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience managing high-performing content/creative teams
  • B2B marketing experience required; software and services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong editorial judgement with proven ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a rigorous focus on language precision, syntax, context and nuance to ensure clarity, consistency and brand integrity across all content
  • Advanced content creation skills, including writing and editing, visual/design acumen and brand-building ideation
  • Experience with web-based storytelling and content management systems (CMS)
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, marketing metrics and content performance measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance data and insights to assess and optimize content effectiveness
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leader with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
