Responsibilities
You develop and implement creative ideas for texts and content — from blog articles to social media posts (B2B & B2C).
You create posts that genuinely engage our community — and publish them on the appropriate channels.
You plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns — including email marketing, lead nurturing and automation using Brevo.
You maintain and further develop our website content (e.g., with WordPress).
You research compelling topics, scout trends and contribute fresh ideas for new content formats.
You work closely with our team and external partners — teamwork is part of how we operate.
Requirements
Studies: You are enrolled in a degree program such as Media/Communication Design, Marketing or a related field and can work up to 20 hours per week during term time — with the option to work more during semester breaks.
Content skills: You already have experience with digital content — from Reels and Stories to short videos, including shooting and editing.
Design know-how: Tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva are familiar to you — you create content creatively and appropriately for the target audience.
Creativity: You have a good sense of which formats perform on different platforms and enjoy contributing fresh ideas.
Team spirit: You work independently and reliably, but are also a genuine team player.
