About the role
- Marketing student assisting in social media content creation and digital marketing strategies for a PropTech platform. Engaging in creative storytelling and brand development whilst working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Du erstellst und planst Content für Social Media (v. a. Reels, Stories, Visuals) – zielgerichtet entlang der Customer Journey
- Du entwickelst Visuals für Werbekampagnen (z. B. Meta, LinkedIn) – mit Blick auf unsere Zielgruppe: Immobilienverwaltungen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Inhalte und Texte auf unserer WordPress-Webseite (Elementor) und optimierst sie hinsichtlich Struktur & Conversion
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung bestehender Marketingmaterialien (z. B. Präsentationen, Broschüren)
- Du wirkst mit an der Konzeption und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Marketingkampagnen
- Du entwickelst neue Content-Ideen, bringst kreative Impulse ein – und denkst in Stories, Zielgruppen und Touchpoints
- Du schneidest Videos für Social Media (z. B. Reels, Testimonials, Behind the Scenes)
- Du arbeitest gerne mit KI-gestützten Tools und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir KI noch smarter im Marketing nutzen können
- Und wenn du Lust hast: Gerne selbst vor der Kamera für Video-Content – z. B. Behind the Scenes, Reels, persönliche Einblicke.
Requirements
- Du bist aktuell im Masterstudium , z. B. in Marketing, Mediengestaltung, Kommunikationsdesign, digitale Medien, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaft
- Du hast bereits Praxiserfahrung im digitalen Marketing – z. B. durch Praktika, Freelancer-Projekte oder Agenturerfahrung
- Du verstehst die Logik der Customer Journey – und weißt, wie man Content so aufbaut, dass er Menschen zur Handlung bewegt
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie bspw. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, WordPress, Elementor
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Social Media Formate, visuelles Storytelling und Zielgruppenkommunikation
- Du wohnst idealerweise im Umkreis von max. 100 km um Stuttgart – für gelegentliche Content-Drehs oder gemeinsame Projekte vor Ort
- Du bist selbstsicher genug, vor der Kamera zu stehen – und traust dich, auch eigene Ideen sichtbar zu machen
- Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und KI-Anwendungen im Marketing – und probierst gerne Neues aus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und willst im Team wirklich etwas bewegen.
