About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager creating marketing assets for community programs and events. Ensuring audience engagement and attendance in the fast-growing AI finance tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing assets that power community programs and events from concept through execution
  • Create event-specific landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and partner co-marketing materials
  • Partner with the Community & Events team to shape messaging, positioning, and promotion strategy
  • Ensure every event has a clear demand generation goal and corresponding funnel
  • Work with demand gen to connect event campaigns to pipeline and attribution
  • Develop repeatable templates and playbooks for event promotion
  • Collaborate with brand and design to maintain high-quality creative standards
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, channels, and asset performance

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven track record driving registrations, attendance, and pipeline from events or community programs
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills
  • Highly organized operator who can manage multiple event workstreams at once
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with events, demand gen, sales, and brand
  • B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
  • Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups (preferred)
