Marketing Manager developing and executing marketing strategies for PayJoy in B2B2C and B2C channels. Responsible for market research, campaign management, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing strategy, with end to end budget ownership and accountability for vintage gross margin against marketing investment.
Drive in-store marketing across retail network with thousands of points of sale, including:
Align on joint marketing strategies with B2B retail partners and OEMs.
Ensure coherent brand and messages throughout the customer journey.
Co-ordinate with suppliers and field force sales team to ensure high coverage of quality materials at all points of sale.
Attract more customers and raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing seasonal and always campaigns.
Ensure strong local brand identity in PR and customer campaigns. Invest to develop local brand identity and appropriate positioning in B2C and B2B2C marketing.
Drive B2C business through B2C retail channel and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Take a data driven approach to analyze and optimize customer activation, engagement, and retainment of customers, and to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Assist the country leadership team in leading expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with internal and external teams along the way.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or studies in a field related to marketing, communication, or advertising.
5+ years of experience as a versatile marketer with a strong focus on data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of experimentation, testing, and delivering results at scale through growth marketing, brand marketing, and 360 marketing.
Result in digital marketing, branding, and delivering commercial KPIs (e.g., customer lifetime value, CAC, ROI, etc.), with a strong action-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with basic SQL analysis and Google Suite.
Strong project management skills to lead and execute all aspects of marketing programs, including budgeting, planning, and reporting.
Experience in scaling new brands, including establishing agency relationships, implementing new processes, and creating mechanisms for growth. Experience with marketing-led growth in a startup environment is a plus.
Experience in trade marketing, point-of-sale materials, and in-store merchandising; digital marketing and advertising, including Google and Facebook Ads, and other direct-to-consumer acquisition channels is a plus.
Analytical skills to forecast trends, identify challenges, and make data-driven decisions.
