About the role

  • SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant working to optimize HR processes in a global context. Collaborating with HR teams and implementing modern HR software solutions for a family-run business.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work with our HR team to shape the digital future of our HR activities.
  • You will support the implementation and optimization of modern HR software solutions, accompany transformation processes, and contribute your expertise.
  • Support in the rollout, further development, and maintenance of our HR IT systems
  • Consulting and optimization of HR processes — especially in the context of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Planning, management and implementation of digitalization projects in HR
  • Implementation and testing of modifications and new requirements within SAP HR modules
  • International support and advisory services for HR stakeholders and key users
  • Performing SAP customizing as well as creating reports and analyses
  • Taking on responsibility as project lead in HR IT initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge and several years of implementation experience in SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications
  • Relevant experience in designing and executing HR projects
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • Very good customizing skills, preferably in SAP HCM
  • Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
  • Fluent German language skills
