Strategic Account Executive guiding public sector clients in leveraging Ricoh’s service portfolio. Focus on relationship-building, strategic growth, and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify the client’s business initiatives and explain, from Ricoh’s perspective, how services can lead to the desired business outcomes.
Use consultative selling techniques with an emphasis on customer value and return on investment.
Prospect and develop new clients, including planning and conducting introductory meetings both virtually and in person.
Research and understand alignment between ministries and agencies, initiatives, policies, and client types.
Collaborate with peers, including supporting advisors and specialists to design solutions that drive transformation suited to the client’s complex environment.
Present strategic prospecting plans that incorporate stakeholder feedback, including input from managers, advisors, operations, legal, and support teams.
Manage complex contract negotiations and act as an intermediary with the legal team and senior leadership.
Review complex public sector requests for proposals (RFPs) and lead Ricoh’s response.
Use Salesforce to manage account activities, opportunity pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Requirements
Postsecondary degree (preferably in business).
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, IT, or consultative sales (preferably within the public sector).
Established relationships and contacts within the Quebec public sector market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong reporting and forecasting abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (and auto insurance in accordance with Ricoh policy).
