About the role

  • Assistente de Compras at Riachuelo responsible for managing purchase orders and supplier communications. Supporting the commercial area and maintaining SAP records effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support to management, assisting with routine tasks in the commercial department;
  • Manage purchase orders from issuance through to receipt;
  • Adjust purchase orders in SAP;
  • Keep material master data updated in SAP;
  • Liaise with suppliers, handling daily needs (sample control, scheduling, follow-ups, etc.);
  • Prepare and analyze weekly reports;
  • Analyze product performance;
  • Interact with various company departments to achieve final results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus;
  • Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Good communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships;
  • Resilient, proactive, and organized;
  • Work model: Hybrid.
