About the role

• Analista Pleno de Conscientização em Segurança da Informação at Riachuelo developing and executing training initiatives. Collaborating with various departments to improve awareness on information security.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex Information Security topics for different non-technical audiences in a clear, educational, and engaging manner.
• Plan, execute, and maintain an annual security awareness calendar aligned with the organization's risks and priorities.
• Propose, develop, and deliver training and awareness initiatives, including campaigns, learning paths, communications, and recurring activities.
• Use generative AI to create educational materials, visual content, scripts, and awareness videos.
• Define and monitor engagement and effectiveness metrics for awareness initiatives (participation, retention, behavior, and risk evolution).
• Operate and oversee phishing simulation platforms, including planning, execution, result analysis, and corrective actions.
• Work in partnership with business areas, HR, and Communications to expand the reach and effectiveness of initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Courses or certifications in Information Security, Corporate Education, or Communications (a plus).
• Previous experience with Information Security awareness programs.
• Experience creating and delivering corporate training for diverse audiences.
• Experience with phishing simulations and behavioral metrics analysis.
• Experience working in corporate environments with a large user base.
• Basic concepts of Information Security and human behavior in the face of risks.
• Planning and execution of awareness campaigns.
• Use of AI tools to create educational and audiovisual content.
• Phishing simulation platforms and campaign management.
• Definition and monitoring of engagement and effectiveness indicators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to the audience.
• Ability to influence, creativity, and negotiation skills to ensure buy-in and continuity of initiatives.
