About the role
- Technical Recruiter for BGS managing recruitment of Cybersecurity and IT professionals. Collaborating with technical teams to identify skill requirements and enhance talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Cybersecurity and IT roles, ensuring only highly qualified professionals are presented to hiring managers
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent through LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and niche job boards
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using the Talent Acquisition System, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Develop strong partnerships with technical hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving skill needs
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of Cybersecurity and IT candidates for current and future openings
- Submit at least 3 qualified candidates per requisition weekly
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and online communities to expand talent networks
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition or HR projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting technical professionals, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and IT roles
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) and IT skill sets (e.g., cloud, networking, systems administration)
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
