About the role

  • Field Sales Consultant responsible for opening and managing strategic accounts in logistics tech. Focused on consultative negotiations and strong partnerships with major companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic national and international accounts
  • Actively and consultatively prospect new business opportunities in Brazil and abroad
  • Lead high-complexity negotiations with stakeholders at multiple decision levels
  • Develop account plans focused on expansion, retention, and value creation
  • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams (Product, Operations, Strategy, etc.)
  • Monitor performance metrics, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in complex B2B sales focused on strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Hunter mentality with a builder mindset and a strategic business vision
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at different decision levels
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in logistics operations companies or logistics technology (e.g., route and fleet management software, TMS, WMS)
  • Advanced/Fluent English for negotiations, presentations, and global account management.
