About the role

  • Corporate Communications Specialist managing communications and stakeholder engagement for RHI Magnesita in META region. Collaborating with teams across the organization for effective messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop, and produce high-quality internal and external communication materials, including leadership presentations, executive messages, employee and customer newsletters, email campaigns, videos, posters, banners, social media graphics, and animations.
  • Support storytelling that highlights customer projects, innovation, sustainability, partnerships, and people initiatives across the region.
  • Manage the regional social media content calendar, support digital campaign ideation and execution, and track performance metrics.
  • Oversee employee app content and analytics to enhance internal communication effectiveness and support external brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, trade fairs, and exhibitions across the region.
  • Partner with Sales and business teams to support customer engagement, regional promotion activities, and project visibility.
  • Work closely with the Regional President and key stakeholders to support media engagement, industry participation, and public relations initiatives that strengthen RHIM’s regional reputation and thought leadership presence.
  • Coordinate with Global and regional communications teams to localize global initiatives and scale regional communication activities across markets, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
  • Manage communication vendors end-to-end, from briefing and coordination to delivery and budget follow-up.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience of end-to-end management of trade fairs participation and internal and external event management.
  • Experience of media relations and PR in the Middle East region particularly.
  • Basic design & editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar etc.
  • Experience with paid social and search ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Working knowledge of web and social media management tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools like MS Dynamics will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of using AI tools like ChatGPT, MS Copilot etc. for professional purposes.
  • Minimum graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in agency or corporate.
  • Certifications in digital / social media marketing, public relations, designing and editing software, Gen AI tools etc. would be clear advantage.
  • Fluent in English, working knowledge of Arabic and/or Turkish will be preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic global working environment.
  • Creative thinking ability with proactive delivery focus.
  • Open and pragmatic mindset to work in a multi-cultural and diverse culture.
