About the role

  • Analyst at a growth consulting firm managing strategic projects focusing on business positioning and marketing strategies. Responsible for project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor and control project activities, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and organized handling of requests.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and partners, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations and smooth execution.
  • Support the development of action plans, schedules and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain and update activities in ClickUp, including workflows, checkpoints, status and documentation.
  • Contribute analyses, reports and insights to support strategic decisions for the consultancy and its clients.
  • Participate in client alignment meetings, tracking the progress of strategic delivery pillars.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Analyst, PMO or in related roles.
  • Experience in consulting, marketing, business management or continuous improvement projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc.).
  • Experience in business consulting, marketing or process/project management focused on continuous improvement.
  • Organized, systems-oriented, with strong communication, time-management skills and autonomy.
