Responsibilities
Provides oversight and supervision to the Clinical program functions in ICF/IDD facilities.
Ensures that the Person-Centered Planning process is implemented per company, state and federal guidelines by mentoring, training, guiding and overseeing the tasks and duties assigned to the Qualified Professionals at each ICF location.
Assists the ICF locations with ensuring the Qualified Professional tasks are completed when a QP position is vacant.
Provides ongoing training for new and existing Qualified Professionals.
Works in collaboration with Quality Assurance, the Unit Administrator and the Director of Operations to ensure identified outcomes are met.
Requirements
Requires a four-year degree in a Human Services field
Prior QP work experience of at least two years
Proven track record of quality
Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background check, name check in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
