About the role

  • Head of Global Merchant Content Partnerships overseeing relationships with international merchants for company’s discount and reward platform. Driving global content strategy with a focus on market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop & maintain long term relationships with international merchants and suppliers partners through affiliate, coupons, loyalty or other channels to support the enrichment of the Merchant offer on existing geo's and ER global expansion.
  • Ensure commercial performance & partnerships are optimised and limit churn across all partners globally by conducting regular business reviews.
  • Track internal Merchant Satisfaction (NPS) and ensure RG-ER become preferred partner in a very competitive environment
  • Oversee new global merchant and supplier integrations and launches
  • Building relationships and liaising closely with internal stakeholders including; Head of Global Merchant Content Partnerships (Gift Cards), in-country Merchant teams and other key teams throughout the business.
  • Optimise content sourcing by maintaining a good benchmark view of performance and content across global partners. Updating and tracking competitor analysis to benchmark global content and ensure the content management tool is up-to-date
  • This role will propose innovations based on Market needs to improve the collaboration with brands or open new way’s of working
  • Represent RG-ER at events and fairs

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and experience within a global merchant partnership industry - such as; affiliate, coupons, loyalty or others.
  • Expert in account management, negotiating commercials, sourcing and developing long-term partnerships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks, and reprioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner to adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think outside the box to highlight challenges and opportunities alike
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business - internally and externally
