About the role

  • Global Head of Brand Design at Reward Gateway designing brand strategies for their benefits services, aiming to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a small, talented design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation while ensuring high standards of design excellence.
  • Maintain and evolve our new brand positioning through comprehensive guidelines, templates and best practices, ensuring global alignment across all markets and channels.
  • Lead the implementation of new global design tools and processes that enhance efficiency, collaboration and creativity across global and local brand and marketing teams.
  • Introduce and optimize structures and workflows to effectively scale design efforts, enabling the team to respond quickly to business needs and support various initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product and sales to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage the global brand budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and design outputs, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and introduce innovative design concepts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in design leadership roles, with a strong focus on brand strategy and team management.
  • Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably within a global context.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, design systems and creative processes.
  • Experience leading teams through brand repositioning initiatives is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
