Responsibilities
Supervise franchised stores
Deliver results through management and relationship-building with franchisees
Focus on targets, business profitability, and monitoring P&L and cash flow
Deliver training content to franchisees and store sales staff (online and in-person)
Seek improvements in operational processes
Send monthly targets, monitor KPIs, and propose concrete challenges for the team
Liaise with internal departments
Develop action plans and guide franchisees/managers in their routines: daily operations, staff scheduling, role reassignments when needed, purchasing, inventory coverage, registrations, training, use of portals, and guidance on brand promotion on social media
Identify new trends and customer needs in stores
Conduct market studies and monitor competitor behavior (visual merchandising and differentiated point-of-sale actions) and provide feedback
Ensure franchise operations comply with franchisor guidelines
Assist, when necessary, in maintaining payment compliance of the franchise portfolio
Must be available to travel and have own vehicle
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related fields preferred
