About the role

  • Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating projects across the organization and implementing OKRs methodology under the CEO's guidance in a fast-growing tech startup.

Responsibilities

  • Direct report to the CEO
  • Coordinate and track projects across different departments of the company
  • Create and maintain project and KPI tracking dashboards
  • Structure and roll out the OKRs methodology across all teams
  • Implement and continuously improve project management and governance processes (PMO)
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and regular rituals (weeklies, quarterlies, etc.)
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
  • Create and maintain project and KPI tracking dashboards, including automations and integrations with BI tools
  • Ensure clear and efficient communication between departments and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Preferably educated at a top-tier university (Business Administration, Engineering, or other STEM fields)
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology companies or innovation-driven environments
  • Previous PMO experience, with desirable certifications (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe)
  • Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Smartsheet, among others)
  • Advanced experience with productivity tools (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, among others)
  • Experience producing, maintaining, and consuming BI and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, Redash, among others)
  • Hands-on experience with OKRs methodology (creation, rollout, and tracking)
  • Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written)
