About the role

  • CRM Support Specialist supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, resolving user issues and improving support processes in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support to CRM users
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues
  • Manage user access, permissions and profiles
  • Oversee and validate customer data file imports
  • Perform data validations and incident analyses
  • Update and develop knowledge base documentation
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and tools

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a support role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premises (an asset)
  • Post-secondary diploma in computer science or information technology
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technical analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with tools such as ManageEngine, JIRA, Confluence (an asset)
  • Customer service orientation, autonomy, attention to detail, curiosity, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
  • Excellent team spirit and communication skills
  • High adaptability in a growing corporate environment
