Responsibilities
Technical sales of plastic pipe systems within the Bavaria sales territory
Primary technical and commercial advisory to building authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering and architectural firms)
Subsequent support and consulting for building-materials distributors and construction companies in coordination with regional field sales colleagues
Support in planning and supervision of construction projects, particularly regarding rainwater management for infrastructure topics
Development of the sales territory through management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
Organization and delivery of technical training as well as company and product presentations of the rainwater management product portfolio
Participation in trade fairs and customer events together with commercial and technical field sales colleagues
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, degree in civil engineering, certified technician or comparable qualifications
Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in pipeline systems, sewer construction, road construction or drainage
Sales experience and previous field sales activity desirable
Willingness to travel within the regional sales territory of Bavaria
Strong project- and customer-orientation as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
Team spirit, organisational talent, strong communication skills
Loyalty, reliability, initiative and a structured working style
Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ERP experience desirable
Native-level German
Conversational English desirable
