Responsibilities
Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Consultatively sell our products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high-value targets.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes for current and prospective clients.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials.

Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service.
Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads.
Follow up on orders, shipping schedules, and payment collection as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally within the hose / gasket industry
Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business in a competitive market
Experience with consultative or value-added selling approaches
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a territory and prioritize effectively
Comfort with CRM systems and standard business tools (MS Office, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and willingness for occasional overnight travel
