About the role

  • MITARBEITER IM BEREICH KULTUR & EVENT-ORGANISATION für Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen in Deutschland. Fokussiert auf Tourneeorganisation, Veranstaltungshallen-Anmietung und Ticketmanagement.

Responsibilities

  • Tour planning and preparation of tour dates
  • Booking event venues, including checking and processing rental agreements
  • Creating seating plans
  • Setting up ticketing systems and monitoring ticket allocations
  • Handling stage instructions
  • Implementing local and technical requirements of show productions at the venue
  • Organizational tasks in coordination with the project manager through to the successful execution of the show
  • Final accounting of costs and revenues after the show

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or A‑levels (Abitur), or completed commercial/vocational training in event management, logistics, tourism, or a related field
  • Experience in concept development, planning and execution of events desirable but not required
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills; ability to work well in a team
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good written and spoken German; confident English skills are an advantage
