About the role

  • Legal Analyst ensuring legal safety in operations through contract analysis and support. Collaborating with internal teams and managing legal risks for Reservas Votorantim.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal certainty for Reservas Votorantim's activities by analyzing and drafting contracts, providing support on advisory matters, monitoring litigation deadlines, and supporting internal areas, contributing to risk mitigation and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide advisory support on civil, environmental, corporate, and regulatory matters.
  • Work under the supervision of the Legal Management.
  • Conduct legal analysis of low- to medium-complexity contracts.
  • Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings.
  • Interface with external law firms.
  • Support corporate minutes and routine governance.
  • Perform legal research to support strategic opinions.
  • Assist internal departments with legal consultations of low to medium complexity.
  • Draft, review, and amend contracts, including agreements, amendments, and notices.
  • Manage procedural deadlines and liaise with external firms.
  • Prepare legal research to underpin opinions and strategic decisions.
  • Support the review and preparation of corporate acts (minutes, instruments, corporate documents).
  • Assist in interpreting regulations applicable to Reservas Votorantim's operations.
  • Keep the register of legal demands up to date (contracts, litigation, and advisory).
  • Perform administrative routines for the legal department (opening tickets, document management, use of tools, support for audits).

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Basic knowledge of environmental law.
  • Corporate law (routine corporate acts).
  • Private contracts – drafting and review.
  • Knowledge of compliance and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Familiarity with legal tools (JusBrasil, ProJuris, etc., if applicable).
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills (reports, deadline tracking).
  • Legal drafting skills.
  • Experience in contracts and corporate legal advisory.
  • Litigation experience: civil, environmental, administrative.
  • Contracts: private.
