About the role

  • IT Program Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions to oversee IT integration. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure smooth transitions and project execution during acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all acquisition-related IT activities.
  • Develop and maintain IT Pro Formas for acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with Integration Management Office on developing comprehensive system conversion timelines and integration roadmaps.
  • Design and implement network and connectivity strategies for acquired entities.
  • Identify technical risks and integration challenges for acquisition.
  • Determine and execute transition strategies for Field infrastructure and network connectivity, Hardware and asset transitions, Telephony transition planning, Server/email platform transitions, Legacy system and data conversions, Website transitions.
  • Update Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system with budget-to-actuals tracking.
  • Review and coordinate evaluation of IT contracts from seller.
  • Review the transition service agreement to ensure appropriate support is provided.
  • Coordinate Day 1 support activities with IT support teams.
  • Develop and distribute communications related to IT changes.
  • Define and track integration success metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading projects within a program having several interdependencies to other systems or projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior level IT professional experience such as Sr Software Developer, Sr Database Administrator, Business Analysis, or related role.
  • Experience managing or leading IT projects in Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies.
  • Experience leading and developing project working groups.
  • PMP certification.
  • MBA or master’s degree in related field.
  • Experience with cloud migrations, particularly O365 and Azure.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience developing Pro Formas.
