About the role
- Recruitment Telephone Screener conducting candidate screenings and interviews for Rentokil Initial. Evaluating applicants suitability and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Establishing whether applicants are suitable for the roles they have applied for
- Rejecting unsuitable applicants at the application and phone screening stage
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Reviewing internal roles and making recruiters aware of applications
- Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
- Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
- Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
- Taking part in meetings with recruiters to update on the progress of roles
- Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews of our service
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer service or phone-based role would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
- Can work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills
